Millet is the highest in B vitamins among grains. It has a sweet, creamy flavor and is a source of magnesium and iron. After cooking, millet is aromatic and slightly sweet, making it ideal for porridge, casseroles, flatbreads, and other dishes.
Place the bag of millet in boiling salted water. Cook for 30 minutes, then remove the bag and slit it open along the perforation line. Place the millet on a plate. Add butter if desired. Enjoy!
