Project challenge:

AIDA pasta is produced in Russia from durum wheat grown in the fertile soils of the Orenburg region. The pasta meets Group A, premium grade, GOST 31743-2012. Fusilli / Spirals are a type of short pasta whose name comes from the word fuso (Italian for spindle). They are 30 mm long and 13 mm in diameter. Fusilli are made by joining three strips of dough together and twisting them into a spiral. The voluminous shape of the spirals makes them ideal for holding any sauce on the surface.
