AIDA pasta is the highest grade of Group A pasta. It is made from durum wheat flour and purified drinking water. Linguine / noodles is a type of long pasta, the name of which translates from Italian as “little tongues.” A special type of narrow, flat pasta, AIDA is described by three parameters: length 250 mm, width 3.5 mm, thickness 0.8 mm.
