Project challenge:

AIDA pasta is produced in Russia from durum wheat grown in the fertile soils of the Orenburg region. The pasta meets Group A, premium grade, GOST 31743-2012. Penne rigate (fluted pen) is a type of short pasta whose name comes from the word penne (a quill with a pointed tip used for writing). AIDA nibs are 10 mm in diameter and 25 mm long with diagonally cut edges. Thanks to their hollow shape and ribbed surface, the ribbed pen scoops up sauce well and retains it.
