Millet is a leader in B vitamin content compared to other cereal grains. It has a sweet taste with light creamy notes and is a source of magnesium and iron. After cooking, millet is aromatic and slightly sweet, making it suitable for porridge, casseroles, flatbreads, and other dishes.
